    Unfortunately my most preffered coffee was unavailable and the delay for it becoming available was too long. Overall and for a considerable period of time I found the products and customer services excellent. But the continous need to make contact to ensure that as a subscription account I benefitted from new customer offers became too much effort and I have moved on
